The Conference will be hosted by the West Midlands Federation of Women's Institutes

Who are the West Midlands Federation of Women's Institutes (WMFWI)

The WMFWI geographically cover from Walsall to Coventry, and from Hockley Heath to Quinton in the centre of England.

They are a voluntary women's organisation with 45 institutes within the cities, towns and villages, which make up the county of West Midlands. Their aim is to improve the quality of life for women and their families, particularly in rural areas, through advanced learning and friendship. Enabling the women to work together to put into practice the ideals for which the WMFWI stand for, where together they can influence local, national and international issues - http://www.acwwconference2016.org.uk/

The Conference Park is the name given to the collection of facilities on the University of Warwick Campus.

Location & Travel
The Conference Park is at the heart of the UK, based on the University of Warwick 700 acre rural campus.

Conference Car Parking
Car parking is complimentary for all conference guests, as long as they follow these guidelines:
- Apply for on-line and print a parking permit in advance of arrival. This is available for printing via the following link: https://carparking.warwick.ac.uk/events/acww-conference-2016
- Park in one of the campus car parks 7, 8, 8a, 9, 10 or 15.
- The permit must be displayed in the vehicle at all times
Without a permit you will be required to pay and display.
Note: all University car parks are monitored by an external company. This means if a permit/parking ticket is not displayed you are at risk of receiving an enforcement notice/fine.
